| 1.Invitation Application for Canton Fair |
| (1)Everything is easy online |
use your company's User Name and Password to enter the Canton Fair E-invitation Platform , you can:
- Print your E-invitation. Versions of different languages are available.
- Enjoy pre-registration for entry badge, saving your time for filling forms on the spot.
- Update your company's contact information, to receive news from the Fair.
- Leave your comments and suggestions.

| (2)Tips |
Canton Fair has two kinds of Invitation Card for visitors. One is called E-invitation and the other is Paper Invitation Card.
Paper Invitation Card: Valid for visa application and fair registration. Sent by post.
E-invitation: Valid for visa application and fair registration. Obtained online.
With the Invitation Card, visitor could
 Receive the entry visa to Guangzhou.
 Get registered and receive free entrance pass to the Fair.
 Receive a set of Directory of Chinese Export Commodities Fair's Exhibitors (one set for each card). |

| 2.Visa Application for Canton Fair |
| Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the Invitation extended by the CECF. Please approach the Embassy of P. R. China with the Invitation to get the visa. There are four more options: |
| (1). In case of the absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly approach the Embassy of P. R. China in a neighboring country. |
| (2) Visa Section , Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in the Hong Kong SAR. |

| (3). Fair visitors can also entrust the visa application to China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd . |

(4). During the Fair, visitors who leave Mainland China and want to come back to Guangzhou may apply for re-entry visa to the Visa Section for Aliens of the Commissioner mentioned in Item 2 or Division of Aliens and Exit-Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau (Add: No.155 Jie Fang Nan Road, Guangzhou.)
